Begin traveling on I-64 toward RIC Airport/Williamsburg/Norfolk. Take Exit 284B onto Newtown Rd. Begin traveling on I-95N toward Richmond. Take Exit 11A onto US-58 toward Norfolk/VA Beach. Merge onto I-664S/Hampton Roads Belt toward I-264/ Portsmouth. Take Exit 13-14 toward I-64E /Chesapeake/Newtown Rd. Immediately take the exit on the left toward I-64/Richmond. Begin traveling on US-58E.Merge onto I-664S/Hampton Roads Belt toward I-264E/Portsmouth/I-64/Norfolk. After a short distance, less than 2 miles, you will take Exit 13-14 toward I-64E /Chesapeake/Newtown Rd. Immediately take the exit on the left toward I-64/Richmond.
